Returns Policy

If you want to exchange or return your order, we are always ready to help you! You can exchange or return our products within 30 days . In exchange for the returned product you will receive a voucher, another product or your money back.

Please note, these are the exceptions to our returns policy:
Typical exceptions:

  • Discounted items cannot be exchanged.
  • All tags must be still attached to the item and the item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Items must not show visible signs of use.

You can register an item for return using the following steps:

Click the profile icon in the store navigation or go to the refund policy or a returns page and then request a return.

1. Log in to your account:

  1. Enter your email address in the 'Email' field, then click 'Continue'.
  2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code.
  3. Return to the webshop and enter the verification code.

2. Click on the order for which you want to submit the return.

3. If your order contains more than one item, select the items you want to return.

4. Select a reason for the return and add a note for the store.

5. Click on 'Submit request'.

If your return request is approved and ready to ship, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.

Please note: the return costs are for your own account. These will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
