Are all products handmade?

Almost all of our products are handmade by talented artists. Some items or parts are first purchased and then assembled into the final product. This means that each item is unique and may have minor variations in color, shape and finish.

Do you also offer personalized products?

Yes, some of our products can be personalised. For more information about this, please contact us at info@lefconceptstore.com .

How long will it take to receive my order?

We will ship your package within 2-3 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track and Trace code from PostNL. This gives you the ability to track your package and know when to expect it.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at info@lefconceptstore.com . We will help you solve the problem as quickly as possible.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging. The shipping costs for returns are at your own expense. Once we have received and approved your return, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method.
